--the browser you're using; in our experience, Chrome and Safari tend to work best with our membership site.
--other devices or open tabs on your computer that may be drawing on your Internet bandwidth; it may help to ensure that other videos, video calls, and similar applications aren't running while you're viewing our videos.
--your Internet connection and speed; please make sure the speed is fast enough to handle streaming video. Generally, 5 Mbps is recommended, and 3-4 Mbps will often be fine.
